Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan have worked together for more than 20 years to create successful dining establishments including the Paddington Inn Bistro, Bonne Femme and Moran's Restaurant. Ten years after they first opened the doors to their award winning ARIA Restaurant at No. 1 Macquarie Street Sydney, they are excited to finally open the doors at No. 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane.
Tzannes Associates, who were responsible for the interior design of ARIA Restaurant Sydney, designed the refurbishment of the old Pier Nine Restaurant site creating an intimate dining room of warmth and elegance. While the design is sophisticated, it maintains a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for guests.
